Yet, here we are in 2010, with 'No Rest for the Living'. This nine level episode for Doom 2 was created by Russell Meakim and Richard Heath of Nerve Software. No Rest for the Living is a Doom II expansion set developed by Nerve Software's. For NERVE.WAD, as long as the user loads the BFG Edition of DOOM2.WAD. Doom II: Hell on Earth (doom2.wad). Doom 2 on Steam. Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders (heretic.wad). No Rest for the Living for Doom II (nerve.wad). If you've extracted the No Rest for the Living addon episode for Doom 2 from Doom 3: BFG Edition or the PSN or XBLA versions, make sure it's named nerve.wad in the source_wads/ folder. In rare cases, you may need to uncheck the source_wads/ folder's read-only status.
