Some hardware needs more then just the .inf file. You can download the USB package and extract then. Then import that into MDT as an application and for the command line use the silent switches for the installation whenever that model is detected via CS.ini file. You may need to remove the usb3.0 drivers you already imported for this model and update the deployment share before you begin the method I mentioned.

Jun 19, 2018 The Intel site here says that Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 have a native in-box USB 3.0 driver, and that Intel is not releasing a specific Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for Windows 8, 8.1, or 10.
