Okay, shameless plug out of the way:
NCAA 07
Better graphics IMHO, weather effects, better gameplay IMHO, better presentation, automatic replays, less non-gameplay-related features, older copies of game have a major bug related to spotting ball at the right location while doing running plays -- if you're doing the UMD route. If it's fixed, its a lot better game, gameplay wise.
NCAA 10
Cleaner look but player detail isn't as good. Runs fast. More features like Road to Glory mode (be a freshman), A couple more teams, defense is overpowered, no weather effects, grass textures arent as realistic, more stadiums, newer!, no automatic in-game replays, lackluster in-game presentation.
